· Only media representatives who are accredited for the event could reserve hotel rooms through BOCOG.

· Please fill in the form and return by August 17, 2007.

· Hotel staff will contact applicants to confirm the reservation with details.

· Shuttle bus service will be provided between the designated hotel and the competition venue.

· Arrival/Departure service will be provided between the designated hotel and the Airport during the three days before and the two days after the competition.
